Maria Concepcion is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of UBS Staffing LLC, a bilingual (English/Spanish) staffing, recruiting, and career readiness organization dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity and delivering workforce solutions that drive results.
With a strong foundation in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Purchasing, Administrative Management, and Total Quality Management (TQM), Maria brings a strategic and people-centered approach to every aspect of her work. Her leadership is defined by a results-driven mindset, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for helping individuals and businesses succeed.
In addition to leading UBS Staffing, Maria is the Co-Founder of the Bilingual Business Leaders of Ocala (BBLO), a collaborative networking community committed to connecting business leaders, fostering professional growth, and strengthening the local business ecosystem. Built on the core values of collaboration, professionalism, a growth mindset, and community impact, BBLO reflects Maria's dedication to empowering others and creating meaningful opportunities within the community.

Michael M. Ponce is an administrative professional with over 20 years of experience supporting business operations, organizational efficiency, and client services. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montserrat College of Art (2014), bringing a unique blend of creativity and structure to her professional work.
Michael currently supports operations within a growing staffing agency, where she applies her expertise in administrative systems, workflow coordination, and client communication to help drive business growth and deliver high-quality service. Her background in the arts enhances her ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and contribute to brand development and presentation.
In addition to her professional work, Michael is an active member of the Marion Cultural Alliance and the Bilingual Business Leaders of Ocala (BBLO), maintaining strong ties within both the business and creative communities. Based in Dunnellon, Florida, she continues to integrate her artistic perspective with her administrative career, supporting organizations with both precision and vision.
